  • “I went to Jessica when I was 16 months postpartum because I was still having pelvic pain. I really wish I had gone sooner! In one session alone she solved my problems and I walked away with so much more knowledge and awareness. She was professional, listened well, and made me feel comfortable. After my experience, I believe that everyone should see a pelvic floor therapist after giving birth! I can’t recommend Jessica enough!”

  • “Jessica was such an asset in my postpartum recovery! She is so kind and understanding, and her expertise was evident. She created a custom exercise and mobility routine for me to gain strength in my core and pelvic floor. I started to notice improvement after just a few sessions and am now continuing the exercises on my own. The option of in-home visits was so convenient as a mom of a toddler and newborn. I am so grateful for the knowledge, strength, and confidence I have gained from working with Jessica.”

  • “Jessica has been so helpful in my postpartum recovery! She is kind, knowledgeable, so easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable and reassured. I have seen improvement and I already feel much stronger and know what my body needs moving forward. Can’t recommend her enough!!”

  • “Jessica has helped me slowly and steadily regain my strength and heal from a lingering hip injury while getting into shape for my wedding. Injuries, especially during a time when you’re trying to feel your best, are frustrating mentally and physically. Through her PT program I was able to steadily regain my strength and heal fully with almost no setbacks leaving me feeling strong and confident in my body. She not only provided thoughtfully designed workouts but many lifestyle tips to aid in the healing process and regularly checked in to keep me motivated. Whether you are on a path to recovery or looking to build lean muscle and confidence, I couldn’t recommend working with her more!”

  • “There are simply not enough words to express my gratitude for Jessica and her expertise! I suffered from severe vertigo when someone recommended her therapy. I truly couldn’t be happier because she not only cured my vertigo after ONE SESSION, she was so kind, understanding and explained everything thoroughly to me. She explained the process and what to expect and further more, what to expect post therapy. If you have ever had vertigo before you know how scary it is. I highly recommend seeing Jessica!”
