  • We do not accept insurance, which means you’re responsible to pay before or at time of visit. We accept cash/debit/credit card and may be able to accept your HSA/FSA. If you have out of network benefits, we can provide a superbill and some insurance companies may reimburse you.

  • You do not. In California, you can be seen by a physical therapist for 45 days or 12 visits without a doctor’s prescription. After this, we will need a doctor’s referral.

  • 24 hours notice are required prior to start of scheduled appointment for any cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

    Patients that "No Show" for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment cost.
